High Pressure Straight Pipe and Hose Loops

Swivel joints

Various models of swivel joints and their repair kits are available, suitable for normal or low temperature, or H2S environments, with sizes ranging from 1"to 4" and rated WP ranging from 2000psi to 20000psi. We can supply long and short radius swivel joints. Long radius swivel joints can minimize fluid shock, and has better performance of resistance for scouring and erosion. We also need to use short radius swivel joints for low pressure operation due to limited installation space.

Wherever they are, wing nuts and right ACME will ensure quick installation or dismantling without special tools.

Highly interchangeable

All unions are made in English system, and can be interchanged with products in international marker. Seal rings are fully interchangeable with equivalent products;

Marks of size and pressure in wing nuts are formed in die-forging model, same as international products.

High Pressure Straight Pipe

High pressure straight pipes have four different types: pressure seal. non-pressure seal, integral type and welding type. SCOTON can provide 1" ~ 4" and 1000psito 15000psi straight pipas. 1m, 1.5m.2m, 2.5m, 2.8m long integral straight pipes are available. We also provide HP straight pipes with other sizes and pressure ratings as per customers’ requirements.

Hose Loops

Hose loops are suitable for HP discharge pipelines, water supply lines, well test lines, cementing slurry lines and other HP supply lines. They are composed of swivel joints and straight pipes, and features by flexibility, stability quick installation and easy dismantling. They can be easily connected with pumps or other pipes with unions.

There types of hose loops are available: short radius flexible manifolds, long radius flexible manifolds and integral type flexible manifolds. with sizes of 1*.1-1z Z 3Aand pressure of 5000psi~15000psi

Integral Fittings

Fittings including Y-tee, Elbows, Tees, Crosses, Laterals and Fishtails, with sizes ranging from 2" to 7"and pressures from 3000psi to 20000psi.The integral connections made of high strength alloy steel ae all heat-treated to enhance load-bearing capacity and lengthen service life. They may have union ends for easy connection with various cementing or fracturing equipment, or have a welded end connector which is designed as per API Spec6A.

Crossovers are used for connection between different size or thread pipes. They are forged of high strength alloy steel, and machined by NC machine tools.

SCOTON can provide various types of crossovers as per customers requirements.

WECO Hammer Union

Hammer union is mainly used in oil industry in high-pressure pipeline connection. Size have 1~5, work the pressure 1000Psi~20000Psi，The API 6A and API 16C certification, Prevent H2S union according to the NACE standard MR0175.
