Conventional ram preventer and rotary preventer can’t seal the gap between the cable and the oil pipe in the construction of the pressurized electric submersible pump in shale oil and gas fields. Our company has designed and produced a annular blowout prevention device which can effectively seal the cable outside the pipe and a static sealing tape pressing down the cable outside the pipe operation device, which can ensure the smooth construction with pressure.
Through a number of pistons respectively push the corresponding spherical rubber core compression deformation to hold the oil pipe and the outer cable, to achieve the sealing of both the oil pipe and the outer cable seal at the same time. The reliability of the gap between the rubber sleeve sealing tubing and the outer cable is improved by one or more stages of auxiliary grease sealing.
The multi-stage spherical rubber core seal holds the oil pipe and the cable outside the pipe tightly, and the primary or multi-stage auxiliary grease sealing improves the reliability of the gap between the oil pipe and the cable outside the pipe, meets the sealing requirements of the pressure construction of the electric submersible pump well, and ensures the reliable implementation of the construction of the cable outside the pipe with pressure.

Our rotary blowout preventer hydraulic turntable can not only meet the requirements of general rotating power, but also realize the control of blowout by rotating operation. It can be used not only for conventional workover operation and conventional workover operation with pressure, but also for rotary blowout prevention workover operation. The blowout preventer hydraulic turntable can be used as a general hydraulic turntable without installing a sealant sleeve. In the case of installing a sealant sleeve, it can play a rotary blowout preventer function and a pipe string blowout preventer function.
It is composed of rotating body, main bearing, anti-top bearing, high pressure rotary sealing ring, main housing, lower connection flange, four sets of motors (or three sets of motors), inlet and return oil pipe manifold, joint, turntable mechanical locking device, protective cover, lifting bracket and other components.
The main shell is connected with the lower connecting flange, and the connecting flange is connected with the wellhead blowout preventer or the wellhead cross to play a supporting connection role. The motor is fixed around the main shell, and the torque generated by the motor is transmitted through the big and small gears, rotating body, square core and kelly. The reverse torque of the motor is transmitted to the main shell. The main bearing and anti-top bearing are installed in the position of the rotating body, and the rotating body is supported by the main bearing. The main shell then transmits the force to the wellhead blowout preventer or wellhead cross.
